5S workshop by HR Professional Sunil Dissanayake

Veteran HR Professional Sunil Dissanayake, Director and CEO, Bandaranaike National Memorial Foundation recently conducted a 5S workshop for the top management of the Board of Investment. 5S is a five-step methodology for creating a more organised and productive workspace.

5S will serves as a foundation for the BOI for deploying more advanced lean production tools and processes for better decision making and for improving investor services . BOI recently set up a Toastmaster Club for hands-on workshop on public speaking and effective communication skills.
