Veteran artiste Wasantha Vittachi is currently receiving treatment at the KDU Hospital for an illness. It costs around Rs. 100,000 daily for his medical expenses. A Helping Hand Minister of Mass Media, Transport and Highways, Dr. Bandula Gunawardhana handed over a cheque for Rs.200,000 to veteran artiste Wasantha Vittachi, which was donated by the “Tamarasineru” Foundation to meet his medical expenses.
