Abans posts Rs. 3.7 bn profit

Abans PLC posted a profit of Rs 3.7 billion against a profit of Rs 1.8 billion last year. The gross profit margin remained at 26.6% with the operating margin improving from 8.23% to 8.53%. Total assets of the group stood at Rs 42.3 billion from last year’s 33 billion. Revenue rose from Rs37.8 billion to Rs 42.8 billion.
