St. Anthony’s College Katugastota will have the edge over S. Thomas’ College Mount Lavinia in their Dialog Trophy Division One match at Bogambara stadium today for the Rev. Father Angelo Rosati Trophy. Both teams are have a chance of finishing second in Group A and entering the super round along with D. S. Senanayake who will confront St. Joseph’s today. The Thomians are the holders of the trophy having won the last year’s game. The Antonians have a fine place kicker in skipper Sahan Keerthisiri who will also have the services of Oshana Gunarathne, Ravindra Welagedara, Roshen Kumara, Thisara Gallange and Tyrone Mariyadasa who are likely to give their best.
The lads from Mount Lavinia, who suffered a shock 10-13 defeat at the hands of D. S. Senanayake last week, will strive to give off their best with players of calibre of Viyan de Zilva, Mahith Perera and Fly-half Yohan Bulathsinhalage who is also a reliable place kicker.
