Trade , Commerce and Food Security Ministry Secretary Ranjith Atapaththu said that approval was granted to import another 30 million eggs from India for the festive season.
He said that the government had given approved for the import of 60 million eggs from Indian for the consumption in the country . He said that the total number of eggs to be imported from India exceed 90 million accordingly
