'Army Amila' arrested

“Army Amila”, a close associate of Chaminda Rohana Manju alias ‘Kalu Sagara’, has been arrested by the Police Special Task Force.

He was arrested during a raid carried out in the Danketiya area in Tangalle based on a tip-off.

At the time of arrest the STF had found 3.7 kg of heroin and an illegal sword in his possession.
