An Ashirwada Pooja organised by the United Youth Front to mark President Ranil Wickremesinghe’s birthday was held yesterday (24) at the Gangaramaya Temple in Colombo under the patronage of Ven. Kirinde Assaji Thera. Dry rations were distributed among needy pregnant mothers and school books and school bags were distributed to students. The Youth Vision 2048 organisation also contributed to the effort.
