The Ministry of Transport is seeking assistance from Fortune 500 companies to develop Sri Lanka’s passenger and goods railway transport network to international standards. To meet this objective Transport Minister Gamini Lokuge discussed at the Ministry of Transport with Chief Economic Officer of the US Embassy in Sri Lanka, Susan Walke. Economic/Commercial Officer U.S. Embassy Luis G Salas and many other relevant officials participated in this discussion.
