British High Commissioner in Colombo Andrew Patrick congratulated Dr. Anton James on his Fellowship from the British Psychological Society for his work for children with special needs in Sri Lanka on Friday (26). Dr James founded The Tree House International, the first and only international school for children with special needs in Sri Lanka.
