The government plans to complete the construction of the third phase of the Central Expressway from Pothuhera to Galagedara by 2025, said the Transport and Highways Minister Bandula Gunawardana during inspecting the ongoing construction of the Central Expressway from Pothuhera to Galagedara.
He further said that the government plans to complete the entire project by July 2026.
