Trade Union member Ananda Palitha has been arrested by Criminal Investigation Department (CID) over a recent controversial statement he had made on the fuel stocks in the country.
He will be produced before the Aluthkade Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.
Further investigations are being conducted by the CID.
