CINEC Campus emerge Basketball champions at the inter university 3×3 Ballers Unleashed Championship conducted by the Sri Jayawardenapura University recently.
Twenty one univrsities including both State and private participated in the tournament.
CINEC and NSBM Green University qualified for the final round at where the CINEC team beat NSBM with 7-6 points. Senal D. Fonseka led CINEC basketball team was taken towards the victory by coach Himal Ranjan Silva and the supervision of Captain Prasanna Sedrick and Poornika Sandamali. CINEC Basketball team has won many tournaments over the years, and this was yet another remarkable achievement by the Team CINEC.
