CINEC 2023 innovation and invention exhibition was held at CINEC Campus Malabe on July 27-28. The event was graced by Prof. Chandana P. Udawatte Vice Chairman of UGC Sri Lanka, Head of mission from diplomatic corps,officials from Ministry of Education, Principals from leading schools and distinguish guests from government and private sectors.
President and Chairman Capt. Ajith Peiris, with the senior management, staff and students welcomed visitors at the opening. A large number of innovative and inventive exhibits prepared exclusively by students of CINEC Campus from the faculties of Maritime Science, Maritime Engineering, Engineering and Technology, Management and Social Sciences, Education and Humanities, Health Science and Departments of ICT, Air Craft Maintenance Engineering and Industrial Engineering provide a rare opportunity of firsthand practical experience of higher education disciplines and industry focusing on global developments.
Most of the creations by students is unique to CINEC and some are for the first time in Sri Lanka. This milestone accomplishment of CINEC paved the way for young visitors to explore their future ambitions that would be pivotal in stepping out to the challenging world ahead.
