The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) added a touch of grandeur to the field of Human Resource Management (HRM) by hosting its diploma award ceremony on February 10, at the CIPM HR House in Narahenpita.
The event was graced by Ken Vijayakumar, President CIPM, as the chief guest saw a gathering of distinguished personalities. Among them was Duminda Perera, the Director/Chief Executive Officer at PrintXcel Packaging (Pvt) Ltd, who joined as the guest of honour, adding his valuable insights to the occasion. Accompanying them were members of the CIPM Executive Council and the dedicated CIPM staff, all contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the ceremony. With more than 600 diplomats and family members in attendance, the day was marked by a spirit of celebration and accomplishment. Among the highlights was the recognition of M.G.U. Sulakshani Bandara, who was honoured as the Best Performer, exemplifies excellence in the HRM field.
