Colombo Caregiver School (Pvt) Ltd. a subsidiary of the Aviha Group, held its grand orientation for the caregiver certificate course recently at the institute premises.
The grand orientation aimed to initiate the first batch of the caregiver certificate course, encouraging the future batches of the school to gain the maximum return on the investments done by the Colombo Caregiver School.
The event was graced by chief guests: Dr. Janaka Jayalath Deputy Director General Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC), Hashanthi Lakmini Assistant Director – Technical Assistance TVEC, along with Aviha Group’s Chairman, Priyankara Sumanapalage and the Aviha Group’s team.

Only NVQ-certified qualifications are currently planned to be integrated, and Colombo Caregiver School’s caregiver certificate course is another such great qualification. TVEC Assistant Director – Technical Assistance Hashanthi Lakmini said; “Our prime requirement is quality and we have encountered some occasions where we were not able to approve even after ten visits. It was a pleasant experience to approve quality within such a short period of time for Colombo Caregiver School. I trust that the reason is the organization’s dedication to quality, which is imperative in the medical field.”
