The Colombo High Court has fixed November 3 for further examination of evidence in the corruption case against former Minister Kumara Jayakody, filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC).
The case was taken up today (5) before Colombo High Court Judge Rashantha Godawela, during which witness evidence was recorded.
Following the recording of evidence, the court adjourned the trial proceedings until November 3. (Newswire)
