The Cabinet of Ministers has granted its consent to declare the Colombo Port’s Eastern Container Terminal (ECT) Project as a “special project.”
This decision was based on a proposal presented by the Minister of Transport, Highways, Ports, and Civil Aviation, Vijitha Herath.
