Around 90 divers representing nine leading Colombo schools and two clubs are set to compete for coveted spots in two prestigious international meets during the 47th Age Group Diving Championships organized by the Sri Lanka Aquatic Sports Union. The event will take place today and tomorrow at the Sugathadasa Aquatic Complex.
Among the participating schools are Royal College, S Thomas’ College, Thurstan College, St Joseph’s College, DS Senanayake College, Bishop’s College, St Bridget’s Convent, Visakha Vidyalaya, and Sirimavo Bandaranaike Vidyalaya. In addition to these schools, two clubs, Royal College Union and Sinhalese Sports Clubs, will also be fielding their teams.
