The Epidemiology Division informs the public to be alert as there are Covid-infected persons being reported.
Doctors also said that although there have been reports of Covid-infected people in the past, with the current increase in the number of infected people in neighbouring India, there is a risk of the number of cases in this country increasing again.
Doctors said further that one should follow health safety instructions such as wearing face masks, keeping hands clean in order to protect oneself from this virus.
The Epidemiology Department also stated that 672,143 Covid-infected people have been reported so far and four new infected people have been reported on Tuesday (25).
Doctors have said that the people have forgotten about the Covid disease and if they do not follow proper health protection methods including wearing face masks, there is a risk of the virus spreading rapidly.
