Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) and Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Ltd (CPSTL) Chairman Mohomed Uvais Mohomed, has resigned from his posts.
“Chairman of CPC and CPSTL Mohomed Uvais Mohomed, paid a courtesy visit at the Ministry yesterday evening to bid farewell. He will be serving his last day in office today. He had given notice of resignation due to personal and professional commitments,” Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera said.
“I wish to thank him for accepting the post of chairman of CPC and CPSTL on my request 14 months ago, during the most challenging circumstances and for his dedication and services during his tenure,” he added.
