Death of former ANCL journalist

Senior journalist Michael M. Perera passed away yesterday. Perera started his journalistic career from Riviresa and Davasa newspapers of Times group, and joined Lake House as a Business Development Officer. He played a pivotal role in enhancing advertising revenue of the company for over 20 years by making use of his contacts, he developed as a journalist.

His remains lie at the Piliyandala funeral parlour. Funeral will take today (13) at 3 pm at Thumbowila crematorium in Piliyandala.
