Death of Irangani Dhammika Perera

The death occurred of Seetha Irangani Dhammika Perera (75) of Badulla. She is the mother-in-law of Presidential Media Director (Editorial) Piyasena Dissanayake. Her remains lie at Thisara Funeral parlour in Badulla and the funeral will take place at the Badulla General cemetery at 7 p.m today (25).

Dhammika Perera is the wife of retired officer of Excise Department R.D.Arthur. She is the mother of Principal of Viharamahadevi Balika Vidyalaya in Badulla Mala Sarojini Perera, Development Officer of Presidential Secretariat Nirupamali Pavithra Dissanayake, Management Service officer of Viharamahadevi Balika Vidyalaya, Badulla Krishanthi Deepika Perera and English teacher Tharanga Deepanjali Perera.
