The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated slightly against the US Dollar across commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (18), compared to Thursday, with the selling rate falling between Rs. 336.00 – Rs. 334.00
According to Seylan Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar remains unchanged at Rs. 327.75, while the selling rate is also unchanged at 337.00.
At NDB Bank, the buying rate has decreased from Rs. 327.75 to Rs. 327.00, while the selling rate has also reduced from Rs. 336.75 to Rs. 336.00.
People’s Bank reports that the buying rate has decreased from Rs. 328.15 to Rs. 326.92, while the selling rate has also reduced from Rs. 336.29 to Rs. 335.03.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate has decreased from Rs. 326.08 to Rs. 324.09, while the selling rate has also dropped from Rs. 336.00 to Rs. 334.00.
At Sampath Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has decreased from Rs. 328.50 to Rs. 326.50, while the selling rate has also reduced from Rs. 336.50 to Rs. 334.25. (Newswire)
