LéaPaci, the talented French singer-songwriter, was born and raised in the enchanting city of lights, Paris. From a young age of 6, she discovered her passion for theater and acting, which eventually led her down the path of music. At the age of 16, she embarked on a self-taught musical journey, declining offers from popular French TV shows like “The Voice” and instead choosing to showcase her talent through YouTube covers. It was through this platform that she caught the attention of renowned producers Tristan Salvati and Yohann Malory, known for their work with artists such as Angèle and Louane.
Léa’s musical journey led her to collaborate with renowned international artists such as James Blunt on the track “Cold,” earning her an invitation to perform at major French venues during his tour. In 2021, she embarked on a surprising yet delightful project, collaborating with Japanese artist Tigarah on an electrifying cover of Louise Attaque’s hit song “J’t’emmène au vent.” This collaboration perfectly combined Léa’s passion for electronic and French pop music.
As we find ourselves in 2023, Léa has emerged as an independent artist with an impressive 100 million streams and counting. She returns with a new EP that radiates warmth and delves into themes of love, fear, and the pursuit of living life to the fullest. Léa, no longer in her twenties, has experienced the trials and tribulations of adulthood in recent years. Love remains at the heart of her songwriting, serving as a cornerstone that manifests in various forms—love shared with a significant other, self-love, and familial love. Her lyrics explore the depths of fear, mourning, and disillusionment, while also embracing an insatiable desire to seize every moment of life. Léa refuses to choose between melancholy and the vibrant intensity of existence; she revels in “dancing while crying” and “screaming in silence.” Her goal is to vibrate with raw emotion, embrace her freedom, and share these profound feelings with her dedicated fans.
Following a challenging year of self-discovery and resilience, marked by the loss of her father during her first trip to Thailand, Léa has chosen to honor his memory by residing there for the next few months. This decision serves as both homage to her father and the closing of one chapter while opening the door to another. Immersing herself in the rich Thai culture, she eagerly looks forward to crafting the next chapter of her artistic journey alongside her devoted fans. Through her music, LéaPaci invites listeners to experience the beauty and pain of life, urging them to dance, scream, and embrace their freedom in unison.
