A stable situation has been created in the country regarding the victory of Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa in the 2024 presidential election. Former Presidents Mahinda Rajapaksa and Gotabaya Rajapaksa won by getting a majority of Sinhala votes. At present, a number of parties and leaders representing the Sinhalese, Tamil, Muslim, Burgher, Buddhist, Hindu and Christian, in the country have joined hands for the victory of Sajith Premadasa.
This is a historic moment. In the future, a President who represents all races and religions in the country will be appointed as the President of the country.Only if such a President is appointed in the country, it is possible to provide solutions to all ethnic groups in the country.
Accordingly, Sajith Premadasa will get the support of the majority of the people of the country at the election. On September 21, there will be an opportunity to elect a President representing all religions and races of the country. That is why Samagi Janabalavegaya Sandhanaya was created.
