The death occurred on Sunday of Lucian Kushwant Anandakumar (39) after a brief illness.
He was the eldest son of the late S. Anandakumar, a former Associate Editor of the Sunday Observer and brother of former Daily News journalist Narmada Anandakumar.
He was a senior executive at Finagle Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.
He is survived by his mother, a brother and sister.
The cremation will be held at the Kotikawatte Cemetery at 6.00 pm on Wednesday (20). Remains lie at No. 235, Sri Sumana Mawatha, Kelanimulla, Angoda.
