Great Place to Work Sri Lanka is proud to announce the launch of The Great Urban Challenge, an exciting and dynamic team-building event designed to inspire collaboration, creativity, and camaraderie among corporate teams.

Scheduled to take place on the 22n February 2025, this one-of-a-kind experience promises to take participants on an unforgettable journey through the heart of Colombo.

Set against the backdrop of Colombo’s iconic landmarks, The Great Urban Challenge is a carefully curated event that combines puzzle-solving, sports, and creative tasks to test participants’ teamwork, strategic thinking, and physical endurance.

The event is designed to encourage corporate teams to step out of their daily routines, unlock their potential, and strengthen workplace bonds in a fun and energetic environment.

The challenge begins at Independence Square, where teams of 3 members will receive their first clue. From there, participants will require to decipher clues to uncover the next location, continuing the adventure across various destinations in the city.

Through engaging in strategic activities, teams will strengthen their bonds and experience the power of collaboration in achieving common goals.

This event offers the perfect setting for organizations to celebrate teamwork’s true essence while empowering employees to build stronger, more resilient teams ready to take on new challenges and drive collective success.
