Ven. Imaduwe Gnanagawesi Novice Monk of Vimalananda Yogasramaya of Balapitiya received higher ordination under the populace of Kamburupitiya Ullala Wavulla Sri Vimalananda Yogasramadhipati Ven. Mapalane Gnanadhaja Thera, at the Udakukshepa Sima Malaka located in the middle of the Madu Ganga.
After the ordination Ven. Imaduwe Gnanagawesi Thera was escorted to Vimalananda Yogasramaya temple in a procession with the participation of devotees.
