HNB General Insurance Limited recently concluded its Annual Staff Conference, a gala event that recognized and celebrated the outstanding contributions of its workforce.
The conference, themed “Believe, Achieve, Conquer” was held at Water’s Edge, Colombo, brought together employees, the management and board of directors to acknowledge and applaud the achievements of their staff across various categories.
The highlight of the event was the presentation of the Chairperson’s Award, a one-time honorary accolade for excellence that recognizes exceptional individuals who embody the core values and vision of HNBGI. The conference also featured a special segment on acknowledging long-standing employees, recognizing their loyalty and dedication that has played a pivotal role in the company’s success over the years.
Further, the event shone a spotlight on individuals and teams who demonstrated exceptional efficiency and cost-saving measures, with the presentation of the Lean Awards.
