Home Lands Skyline reaffirmed its status as the undisputed leader in real estate development in Sri Lanka by winning the ‘Best Developer – Sri Lanka Award’ at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, held recently at the Athenee Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand on December 13.
The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards is the region’s biggest and most respected real estate awards programme and rewards and celebrates only the biggest and best achievers in the world’s most dynamic markets, here in Asia. To date, the Awards have opened the competition to recognise real estate excellence in Australia, Cambodia, Greater Niseko (Japan), Mainland China/Hong Kong/Macau, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
The awards winners is fairly judged by an independent panel of industry experts with global repute.
While this is the second time that Home Lands Skyline has been bestowed this award, the company also brought home two other awards. The Waterdale project bordering Colombo 07 won the ‘Best Luxury Condominium Development in Sri Lanka’ and the Oceana Beach Resort Apartments and Villas won the ‘Best Waterfront Luxury Condominium Development in Sri Lanka’. Additionally, the company was confirmed as one of the ‘Top eight developers in Asia’, which is a first for any developer from Sri Lanka.
