Veteran Sri Lankan diplomat and former United Nations Under-Secretary General for Disarmament Affairs, the late Jayantha Dhanapala, and diplomat and former Foreign Secretary H.M.G.S. Palihakkara were honoured at the convocation of the Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies held at the BMICH under the patronage of President Ranil Wickremesinghe yesterday.
