The Insight College Panadura orchestrated a vibrant and unforgettable Annual Awards Day and Prefects Investiture Ceremony, which took place at the S. De. S. Jayasinghe auditorium in Dehiwela recently.
The day-long event, inaugurated by M. R. M. Zarook, the President of All Ceylon Ahadiyyah Schools, featured a captivating morning show and a spectacular evening grand show, graced by chief guest Thushari Koralge, Secretary, Association of International Schools in Sri Lanka. The distinguished chief guests were warmly welcomed by the school founders, Thariq Shad and Segu Zaneera. The proceedings commenced with a welcome speech and the presentation of the Annual Report by the Principal Malindu De Silva.
The badges were pinned on the newly appointed head prefects by the chief guest Thushari Koralge.
The grand event unfolded with mesmerizing performances by students from various classes, showcasing a diverse range of activities. The primary objective behind hosting the annual day was to announce results and felicitate students with well-deserved prizes and introducing the board of prefects 2024.
The new heads of the board of prefects were Rihama Ismail (Girls Section) and Abdur Rahmi Ismail (Boys Section).
