The Supreme Court on Wednesday postponed hearing of the petition filed by State Minister Diana Gamage challenging the Samagi Jana Balawegaya’s (SJB) decision to expel her from party membership.
The petition now will be taken up on February 9, 28 and March 12. The three judge Supreme Court Bench that was set to hear the expulsion petition postponed the hearing due to the unavailability of Justice Kumuduni Wickremasinghe who is a part of the Bench being indisposed.
