Sarvajana Presidential Candidate Dilith Jayaweera said that NPP Leader Anura Kumara has helped almost all political parties and held ministerial portfolios but the people have not received any benefits.
“He has helped many parties and held ministerial portfolios. The NPP leader was one time the head of the Anti-Corruption Committee. But did people receive any benefits from them, he questioned.
He said that the JVP was at one point of time an exemplary political movement. The JVP has become a movement of political rascals. It has given up the Marxist and socialist policies”, he said.
He said that not a single candidate in the fray says how average people are empowered and uplifted.
“They are not talking about the changes that need to be done to the common masses”.
Jayaweera said that he has vast experience in the realm of management.
