Former Minister Manusha Nanayakkara said that people have been brought to Galle by the JVP in 25 buses hired from the Kesbewa depot saying that it is for a meeting of the JVP, but these people had been deployed for door-to-door campaigning.
Nanayakkara said people have been brought from Kesbewa because the JVP do not have the people from Galle to support them.Speaking to the media yesterday morning, he said that the media should investigate this further. He said that the JVP is trying to create a situation that existed in 88-89 once again by threatening musical groups and journalists.
