Customs officials arrested a 37-year-old Sri Lankan at the BIA when he attempted to smuggle gold powder into the country.
According to Customs intelligence information, the man flew from Dubai via Mumbai and reached the BIA .
While checking this man thoroughly, Customs officers found the gold powder (1kg 460g ) in his waist in a belt packed in packets.
