Chairman, Technical Officials and Media Committee G. L. S. Perera said the lecture on the topic of ‘Irresponsible Behaviour and Leadership will be conducted by member of the NTO sub-committee Gobinath Sivarajah.
Perera said the participation of all NTOs is compulsory for this lecture and the attendance will be considered when issuing a licence. (D.R)
