Liquor shops in several divisional secretariat (DS) divisions will be closed for seven days during the Poson week, which started from yesterday (18) until June 24thin view of the National Poson Festival.
Accordingly, all the liquor shops in the Nuwaragam Palatha Central, the Nuwaragam Palatha East, and the Mihintale DS divisions will be closed during the aforementioned period, said the Department of Excise.
