Magisterial Inquiry held in Badulla

Bandarawela Acting Magistrate Parinda Weerasinghe conducted a magisterial inquiry   yesterday (5) afternoon, into the murder of a grandfather and grandmother.

Acting Magistrate Parinda Weerasinghe conducted the on-site investigation ordered the dispatched the body from Demodara Hospital to the Badulla General Hospital for post-mortem Consultant Judicial Medical Officer of the Badulla Hospital. Acting Magistrate Parinda Weerasinghe has also requested the Badulla Magistrate to conduct amagisterial inquiry into death of E.D. Gunawathie (69) who died at the Badulla General Hospital.
