Mattakkuliya Police have arrested six persons, including a 16-year-old student and a 38-year-old private tuition teacher, on suspicion of assaulting and killing a 39-year-old man at George Peiris Mawatha, Mattakkuliya, on Friday (25). The other suspects include a trader, two labourers and an unemployed person, police said. The suspects are to be produced in court.
