A person was injured when two unidentified gunmen arrived on a motorbike opened fire at him near the Dharmashoka College Ambalangoda. The injured, 36, is a money lender and he is also involved in the tourism industry, Police said. This incident occurred when he was coming to the Ambalangoda town by a van. However he had run away from the place and reached to the police in a motorcycle despite gunshot injuries. The Police made arrangements to admit him to the Balapitiya Base Hospital.
