Acting President Ranil Wickremesinghe last night (13) informed Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena to nominate a person agreeable to both the ruling Party and the Opposition to be appointed as the Prime Minister under an All-Party Government.
Cabinet Ministers who participated in a discussion with Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe in Colombo on Monday night were of the opinion that as soon as there is an agreement to form an All-Party Government, they are ready to hand over the responsibilities to that government.
