A person was injured in a shooting near the Kuppiyawatta Cemetery in Dematagoda on Thursday (23).
According to reports, two men travelling on a motorcycle were targeted by two assailants who arrived on another motorcycle and opened fire.
The injured victim has been admitted to the Colombo National Hospital for treatment.
Police are conducting further investigations into the shooting. (Newswire)
