10 more foreign nationals have been arrested over suspicions of being involved in online financial scams in Chilaw Area.
Arrests were made based on a tipoff received by the Puttalam Divisional Crimes Unit.
Four Malaysian males, three Ethiopian males and a female, a Kenyan female and a Chinese man have been arrested.
The police have also seized 20 computers, 03 routers and 282 mobile phones which were in the possession of the suspects.
Further investigations are being conducted by the Puttalam Divisional Crimes Unit.
