Over 156,000 arrested since the beginning of ‘Ratama Ekata’ operation

Police have seized large quantities of narcotics and arrested over 156,000 suspects since the beginning of the “Rata Ekata” national anti-drug operation carried out from October 30, 2025 and April 23, 2026, the Police Media Division said.

Among the seized quantities were 1,917 kg and 309 g of heroin, 1,979 kg and 622 g of crystal methamphetamine (ice), 271 kg and 396 g of cocaine, and 5,158 kg and 874 g of cannabis, along with 7,903,470 cannabis plants.

Police said a total of 157,423 raids were conducted, leading to the arrest of 156,456 suspects. (Newswire)
