The Pakistan High Commission in Colombo distributed dry rations to deserving persons in Polwatte, Wellampitiya recently on an initiative made by the Colombo Times. Pakistan High Commissioner retired Major General Umar Farooq Burki distributed the rations among the residents of the Polwatte area at an event held with Colombo Times Editor Mohammed Rasooldeen.
