Pushpadana Vidyalaya of Ambatenna emerged Under 17 Womens’ Soccer Champions for the third consecutive year in the Tournament which was held at the Bogambara Grounds recently. In addition the Soccer team of Pushpadana, Ambatenna won the Under 17 All Island Girls Soccer Tournament organized by the Departmentt. of Education.
Pushpadana team beat Bandaranayake National School team in the Semi finals and in the finals the victorious team beat St. Josephs’Gampola by two Goals to Nil to emerge champions.
