A retired Sri Lanka Army captain was arrested yesterday (16) in the Miriswatta area of Minuwangoda while in possession of 18 T-56 magazines and 25 rounds of ammunition, police said.
The suspect was taken into custody by officers of the Western Province North Crime Investigation Division during an operation in the area.
