The naming of the three lion cubs that were born in Ridhiagama Safari Park in Hambantota in May this year and are currently living in Pinnawala Zoo was done in Pinnawala today (01) parallel to the celebration of World Children’s Day.
There the three cubs were named Duma, Zeron and Farol. Prizes were awarded to the three who proposed these names and gifts were given to the officials who took care of the lion cubs today (01).
