Lanka Sathosa has decided to reduce the prices of two more essential food items with effect from today (02) after the price of Sathosa milk powder was reduced the yesterday (01).
Accordingly, the price of 1 kilogram of Green grams has been reduced by Rs. 77, while the Chick Pea price has been reduced by Rs. 09 per kilogram by Sathosa.
The new price of 1 kilogram of Green Grams is Rs. 998 providing a saving of Rs. 77 per kilo, while the reduced price of a kilogram of ChickPeas is Rs. 540 with a saving of Rs. 9 per kilo.
Lanka Sathosa reduced the price of a 400 gram packet of Sathosa full cream milk powder by Rs. 22 with the new selling price at Rs. 948.
These reduced food items can be purchased from any of the Sathosa Super Markets that are distributed island-wide.
